Shipping and returns
Everything is printed or embroidered when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Making it takes 2 to 5 business days. Then shipping: usually 3 to 8 business days in the Netherlands and the EU, 5 to 10 to the UK, and 3 to 5 in the US and Canada, where your order is made locally. You get a tracking link by email.
Changed your mind? In the EU you have 14 days after delivery to send it back. Damaged or misprinted? Write to us within 30 days and we replace it, at no cost to you. The shipping policy and refund policy have the details, and the FAQ has the rest.
