Cozy Corner Post is a monthly subscription that delivers a little joy to your mailbox. Inside each parcel, you will receive:

• A letter from Nora Lou, your thoughtful pen pal

• A special bonus "Paper Trails" postcard to send to someone or keep for yourself and spread a little joy

Month-to-Month Plan

Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each month. We recommend opting in for email reminders so you always know when your next charge is coming.

3-Month Plan

Your subscription renews every 3 months on the 1st. You’ll be billed automatically at the start of each new cycle, and we’ll send reminders so you know when to expect your next renewal.

6-Month Plan

Your subscription renews every 6 months on the 1st. You’ll be billed automatically at the start of each new cycle, and we’ll send reminders so you know when to expect your next renewal.

The letters are written in the voice of Nora Lou, a persona created by our founders, Taylor and Alexandra. Nora Lou embodies coziness, presence, and everyday magic. She is a pen pal who guides you toward intentional and gentle living, who embraces the small joys in the ordinary.

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. You will get an email where you can manage your account and subscriptions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please email us at rohausandco@gmail.com

3- and 6-month plans are prepaid and non-refundable, but they will renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before your renewal date.

Orders placed by the 1st of the month will ship with that month’s edition. If you join after the 5th, your first Cozy Corner Post will arrive the following month.

For the buyer:

• You’ll receive a cozy digital gift notecard you can print or email so the recipient knows their subscription is on the way and can look forward to checking the mail. We recommend opting in for email reminders so you always know when your next charge is coming. If you did not receive this, please email us at rohausandco@gmail.com and we'll make sure you get it.
  
• Month-to-Month Gift: Bills monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime to stop the gift.
  
• 3-Month Gift: Prepaid for 3 months. It will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
  
• 6-Month Gift: Prepaid for 6 months. It will also renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  

For the recipient:

Enjoy the subscription as it comes, or update the account with your own information if you’d like to continue after the gifted term ends.
