Shipping policy
Everything in the shop is made when you order it: stickers and posters are printed, totes, hats, and aprons are embroidered. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
How long it takes
- Making it: 2 to 5 business days.
- Netherlands and the EU: usually 3 to 8 business days after that. Orders are made inside the EU, so there are no customs charges.
- United Kingdom: usually 5 to 10 business days. Customs can add a few days and, now and then, a fee on delivery.
- United States and Canada: usually 3 to 5 business days. Your order is made at our partner's facility in the US.
- Everywhere else: allow up to 20 business days.
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in the cart. Stickers travel as letters, so they are usually the cheapest to send.
Tracking
You get a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. Letters with only stickers in them are not always tracked.
Our production partner
We print and embroider through Printful, with facilities in the EU and the US. Your order goes to the one closest to you.
If something goes wrong
Damaged, misprinted, or lost: write to hello@rohausandco.com within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if you have one, and we replace it or refund you in full. Returns and refunds are covered in the refund policy.
